Your First Visit
Dr. Giang Dang is passionate about helping people achieve great oral health. he is very compassionate, and this is the basis of everything hedoes. When you come to for your first visit, you’ll find a fresh, friendly atmosphere enlivened by great music. We will welcome you and help you feel like family, and we believe a visit to the dentist should be a fun and relaxing experience.
What Will Your First Visit Be Like?
When you arrive, our front desk staff will greet you and work with you to make sure all your insurance and general information is correct. We’ll answer your insurance questions, and we’ll file your insurance forms for you, so you don’t have to worry about it. Once that is settled, we’ll take you back and prepare x-rays of your teeth to help Dr. Dang in evaluating your dental health.
Dr. Dang will then come in and introduce himself to you. he is interested in creating a real patient-dentist relationship with you because that is the only way you can really understand each other and work together toward optimal dental health. So hewill discuss your ideas, needs, and concerns with you.
he will then conduct a comprehensive examination. Once hehas a complete picture, hewill go over his findings with you and talk over you treatment options. If the treatment is simple and there is time available, he’ll try to complete it the same day. Otherwise, we’ll set another appointment for you.
A Distinct Treatment Philosophy
Dr. Dang is very aware that many patients feel frustration or distrust when it comes to dental treatment. he feels that your understanding of your own dental health is paramount because that way you can make informed decisions. So his first goal is to give you as much information as possible about the current state of your teeth and gums. “There is no reason,” hesays, “that you should leave the office with any confusion about what is going on in your mouth. We take our time to discuss different options to maximize your oral health in a conservative and affordable way.”
We named our office because the current trend is to rush patients in, give them all the same kinds of treatment, and rush them out again. Our experience of developing relationships, building trust, and providing quality services may not be the norm anymore, but it works best for us and for our patients.
“And finally,” says Dr. Dang, “we have to have fun! I have a good time when I’m at work. We enjoy our time, we love our patients, and we’re going to make sure you have a good time too.”
